How Your Data is Used
The primary purpose of iMedTag is to provide life-saving or equipment-recovery information to third parties (first responders, TSA agents, or good samaritans) when they scan your physical tag.
- Emergency Response: Displaying critical health alerts to medical professionals.
- Account Management: Allowing you to update your information in real-time.
- Security: Using your PIN to verify ownership before allowing any data modification.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption for all data transfers. Our database is hosted on secure servers based in the United States. We do not sell or lease your medical data to third-party advertisers or insurance companies.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, edit, or delete your information at any time. Simply log in to your dashboard or verify via your PIN. If you choose to delete your account, all associated medical data will be permanently removed from our active databases.
