Comprehensive Usage Agreements for All iMedTag Solutions

1. Acceptance & Scope

By activating an iMedTag or utilizing our cloud infrastructure, you agree to these Terms. iMedTag provides digital identification solutions for individuals, medical equipment, travel assets, and pets. Our services are provided "as-is" without warranty of recovery or emergency outcome.

2. Service-Specific Terms

A. Medical ID (Personal Safety)

iMedTag is an information-sharing tool only. It is not a substitute for professional medical care or 911 services. We do not guarantee that medical professionals will scan the tag or act upon its data.

B. Equipment Protection (CPAP, Oxygen, etc.)

  • iMedTag does not provide insurance for lost, stolen, or damaged medical equipment.
  • The "TSA-Friendly" designation refers to our design's compliance with general visibility standards; however, we do not guarantee an exemption from any TSA or airline inspection policies.
  • Recovery of equipment depends entirely on the actions of the finder.

C. Travel & Luggage Tags

iMedTag is not responsible for airline baggage handling failures, delays, or theft. We do not track the real-time GPS location of your luggage; our system relies on the finder scanning the QR code and reporting the find.

D. Pet Identification

iMedTag is not a GPS tracking collar. In the event of a lost pet, we are not liable for the actions of any third party who finds or handles the animal. Ensure your pet's public profile does not contain information that could compromise your home security.

3. User Accuracy & PIN Security

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data entered into your iMedTag cloud profile. If you lose your Security PIN, you may lose access to editing your data. iMedTag is not responsible for outdated or incorrect information displayed during an emergency.

4. Limitation of Liability

iMedTag Systems LLC, its employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to medical complications, loss of property, or loss of life.
